These Terms of Use govern your access to MoreSignal websites, applications, and services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• Protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
• Use the service only for your organization and within the access levels assigned to you.
• Remain responsible for activity under your account unless prohibited by law.

You retain ownership of recordings, transcripts, CRM records, instructions, and other content you submit to the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content to provide and support the service.

You represent that you have all rights, notices, consents, and lawful bases needed to collect, record, upload, and process customer content. Recording and monitoring laws vary by location; you are responsible for complying with the rules that apply to your calls and users.

You may not use the service to:

• Break the law, violate another person's rights, or process content without required permission.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or access controls.
• Introduce malware, scrape the service at unreasonable volume, or use automated access except through supported interfaces.
• Misrepresent AI-generated material as verified fact or use it as the sole basis for high-impact decisions about a person.
• Resell or sublicense the service unless a separate written agreement permits it.

AI features can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. Outputs are provided to assist human review and are not professional legal, employment, compliance, or financial advice. You are responsible for evaluating outputs and deciding how they are used.

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval selected at purchase unless canceled before renewal. Fees, usage limits, included features, and applicable taxes are described at checkout or in your order. Except where required by law or stated in a separate agreement, fees already paid are non-refundable.

We and our licensors own the service, software, designs, documentation, and related intellectual property. Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Feedback may be used to improve the service without restriction or obligation.

The service may connect to third-party products. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services, changes they make, or content they provide.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, address non-payment, respond to legal requirements, or enforce these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, MoreSignal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or law. The revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
